Smart Basic

Basic plans (Individual & Corporate)

Needs

Ready as soon as an LLM provider is configured — otherwise the card says “Configure LLM”.

Unlocks: Design to Code, Voice Chat, Easy Chat, Doc’s Chat, Project Document and the lightweight AI work.

Smart Hub

Pro plans (Individual & Corporate)

Needs

The Hub menu opens with LLM alone; user-story sync and code generation need Jira / Rally too — the card says “Add Jira/Rally for stories” until then.

Unlocks: Figma Config, Project Management, Confluence Config and Repository Config pages, the Service Connect menus, and the Pro code-generation menus.

Power Suite

Pro Plus plans (Individual & Corporate)

Needs

Ready when all four services are configured — until then the card shows “Enable Remaining Services”.

Unlocks: The full stack: Figma to Code, Figma to Jira, advanced Code Generation, Master Requirements & Solutions, DevOps Automation, Cloud Connect, Story DNA, Decision Memory, Stakeholder Mode, Sprint Orchestration and Sprint Demo.

Getting started

What Vinnaani is

An AI-native desktop IDE

WhereTitle bar → Learn (book icon) → OverviewPlanEvery plan

Vinnaani is a desktop code editor with an AI assistant built in. Give it a Figma design, a Jira story, a project document or a plain-English request and it writes the code into the project on your own computer. Your account, plan and project records are kept centrally; your files, terminal and local AI tools stay on your machine.

Before you start

  • Vinnaani installed on Windows, macOS or Linux
  • A Vinnaani account (Individual or Corporate), signed in
  • An LLM provider connected in Vinnaani AI Center before any AI feature except Project Setup works

What you fill in

IDE coreExplorer, code editor, Search, Repository Connect (Git), Extensions, AI Checkpoints, and a bottom panel with Terminal and Problems.
AI StudioThe collapsible right rail listing every AI feature, grouped by plan: Basic, Pro and Pro Plus.
Vinnaani MCP ServerA tool server shipped inside the IDE, with 100+ tools over Jira, Confluence, Figma, your repository and the open workspace.
Vinnaani backendHandles sign-in, plans, project mapping, setup catalogs and code-generation history.

Step by step

  1. 1Launch Vinnaani and sign in.
  2. 2Connect an LLM provider in Vinnaani AI Center (AI Studio → “Vinnaani AI Center” → LLM Config).
  3. 3Run “Project Setup” to create a new project or register an existing one — Frontend, Backend or both.
  4. 4Open the project folder and confirm whether it is Frontend, Backend or Both.
  5. 5Edit code in the editor, run it in the Terminal and fix what the Problems tab lists.
  6. 6Use Easy Chat, Doc’s Chat, Code Generation or Bug Fix to generate or change code — review every AI change before accepting it.
  7. 7Commit and push from Repository Connect or the Git chip in the status bar.

What you get

One window from design → story → code → commitAI changes you review first, with checkpoints to undo themLocal-first work: files, terminal and MCP server run on your machine

Good to know

  • The MCP server starts with the app — you never install or launch it.
  • Locked menus stay visible; hovering explains exactly what to do.

If you see this message

“Connect an LLM provider first to unlock this feature”

Click the locked entry — it opens LLM Connect to configure a cloud provider or local Ollama.

“Server unreachable / offline screen”

Check your network connection, then retry.
